As a chef,my passion is food and whatever has to do with it. Since i was a child,i remember my self asking,reading,gathering data that had to do with food.In the age of 12 i decided what i wanted to become in my life. Now,i have built a vast experience in gastronomy working as a chef in various restaurants(one michelin awarded),yachts and hotels all over Greece,being familiar with Mediterranean cuisine.
