Beef Liver with Frumenty (As a main meal or appetizer)

As i told you before,liver really produces great and tasty dishes.Let's use it as an appetizer this time,or a main dish,the choice is all yours.
•Place a medium sized pan over high heat with the olive oil inside.
•Start saute the onion,continue by adding liver and carrot slices.Saute well and add the frumenty.
•Season with salt and pepper and add the wine,let it dissolve.
•Then,add the broth and let it be cooked in medium heat for 6-7 minutes.Check if frumenty is ready constantly.
•When liver is cooked and frumenty properly boiled,remove from fire,add feta and olives,check salt and pepper and decorate with parsley leaves. Bon Appetite!
