Greek Traditional Taramokeftedes (preserved fish roe meatballs)

Preparation:


•Put a little oil in a pan and saute the onions. Once browned, add the dill, mint, salt and pepper and mix well.
•Add the mixture to the bread and pour in and the roe (after rinse it with water first). Knead materials, mold meatballs and flour.
•Put the oil to burn in a pan and add the meatballs. Once cooked through on both sides, remove them to a platter covered with paper towels and serve warm.
