Cucumber Salad with Dill and Yogurt
- Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and discard. Slice across into half moon shapes. Place in a coriander, sprinkle with salt, and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Rinse off salt, drain and pat dry. Mix with the yogurt and dill, then season to taste with pepper.
