Pumpkin and peanuts rissoles

Grate a courgettes, add salt to release water, strain and add egg, breadcrumbs,  ground peanuts, grated cheese and spices. Form into rissoles and put them on a baking sheet (baking pan coated with baking paper)

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.

4 large courgettes, 100 g peanuts, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated cheese, a bunch of parsley, salt, pepper, turmeric to taste.
