YOUNG BEEF WITH PINE NUTS AND ROSEMARY PASTA

Previously, tap beef with a kitchen hammer, so it becomes soft. Spread the steaks with salt and pepper. On the ghee butter, salute onion, garlic, pine nuts, laurel leaves and parsley. Add the orange juice and Worchester sauce and salute for about 15 minutes, while turning the steaks. Pour a cup of water and allowed to cook for another half hour. Finally, add a little water, spelled flour to thicken and sour cream. Cook the pasta al dente. When the pasta is cooked, mix them with 2 tsp of olive oil, while they are still hot and added rosemary and salt to taste.

4 soft beef steaks, Salt and green peppercorns to taste, 2 major charlotte, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp. ghee butter, 4 tabs pine nuts, 2 tablespoons parsley, 4 laurel leaves, Squeezed juice of an orange, 2 tbsp. Worchester sauce, 1 tbsp. spelled flour to thicken, 1 tbsp. sour cream.
