Cabbage pads with sesame seeds (vegan)
Preparing the stuffing:
Cut cabbage into strips and stew “al dente” in sesame oil.
Add spices. If too much fluid excess, run it off.
Preparation of the dough:
Smoothly knead the dough and let it rest for a few hours.
Roll it very thin and spread it with hot sesame oil.
Spread the filling, roll up to a roll. Brush it with oil and sprinkle with sesame, than cut it into pads.
Bake until they become golden brown:
