Chicken with pine nuts, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes

Mix the Ingredients for a marinade and add the chicken. Soak chicken breasts for a few hours in marinade. Chop the onion and roast it in ghee butter together with pine nuts, until they become golden yellow. Add chicken breasts (save the rest of for later) and roast on both sides, then cover with a lid for the meat to release its own juice. Add the rest of the marinade and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the fresh, half-cut cherry tomatoes and chopped chives and do not cook anymore. Just let the tomatoes for a few minutes to soften slightly in hot sauce. Serve this dish with cooked kamut.
