Potato dumplings with cheese

Fort the dough: Mash hot cooked potato, add all ingredients and knead into a soft dough than let rest for 20 min. With floured spoon cut out small dumplings and cook them in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pour the first half of the dough in greased model, sprinkle with chopped ham and cheese, parsley and add the other half of dough and sprinkle the rest of the ingredients. Spread the melted butter and bake in the oven until becomes golden brown.
