BAKED CHICKEN IN CURCUMA MARINATE AND POTATOES WITH ASPARAGUS

Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Rub the chicken with the marinade (use a kitchen brush). Cut the potatoes into smaller wedges and mix them with ghee butter to become a greased over the entire surface. Add salt, asparagus and onions. Put the potatoes on a baking tray covered with baking paper and add marinated chicken. Bake for about 40 min, at 250°C until the chicken and potatoes becomes golden brown and soft.
