Muffins with asparagus
        Preparation:
mix the egg yolks, oil, salt, flour and baking powder. Add chopped asparagus, crushed feta cheese and chopped garlic. Stir in the egg whites and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C until golden yellow.

200 g spelled flour, 1 dl olive oil, 300 g asparagus, pinch of salt, 3 cloves garlic (Even better if young garlic stems, half packet of baking powder, 3 eggs, 100 g feta cheese.
