Onion minestrone
Chop large and spring onions into small pieces. Cut chicken breasts into very thin strips and fry all together on peanut butter. When the meat becomes slightly crispy and onion golden yellow, add ground nuts, parmesan, lavage, 2 small potatoes, noodles and add salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Add water to cover the surface and cook until the potatoes and noodles become soft. Then smash potatoes tothicken the soup, than add cream and chopped chives.
