Chicken and pears salad.
Stir zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, pears and chicken, fry in butter, until they become soft medium. Add spices, mustard and cream. Remove from the heat and add the mixture of fresh, chopped onion, green salad, parsley and arugula and pour the balsamic vinegar.

1 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 pumpkin, 1 cup button mushrooms, 1 large green pepper, 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 larger pear, 1 onion, 1 cup green salad, 1 bunch parsley, 1 bunch of rocket, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, curry, nutmeg and salt to taste.
