BAKED POTATOES VITH PADDY RICE, CHICKEN MEAT AND VEGETABLES

Roast onion and garlic with spices on coconut butter. Add the chopped chicken meat. Add vegetables and roast for another 5-10 min. Add water to cover the mass. When it boils, add paddy rice. Placed in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 190°C.
