Spanakopita (Greek spinach pie)

•Peel , wash and boil the spinach until wilted . Allow to drain well in a colander and cut into pieces . Pour half of the oil to burn and add the onions and leek chopped to get blonde. •Add the spinach , chopped dill , salt , pepper and boil all together. If we look very juicy filling , add 1 to 2 tablespoons semolina. •Remove the spinach from the heat in a pan ( No. 34 or 36 ) lay 2 sheets with oil between , then a part of the filling , then again and again greased sheet stuffing until filo ends. •Finally expect to keep 3 sheets for the surface of the pie . Brush the cake with enough oil , scribe pieces and bake in oven for 45-60 minutes at 165 celsium degrees. •Easy enough and tasty like ambrosia.Spinach pie is like a tourist magnet every season of the year in Greece.
