Garden pasta with fresh vegetables, grapes, sweet wine and prosciutto
Chop prosciutto or budjola ham and spring onions then fry all together on butter in a wok to become golden yellow. Chop grapes and vegetables, add chopped oregano, basil and spices and mix everything together with olive oil, wine and mustard. Leave to rest while cooking spaghetti to al-dente. Add soaked vegetables and herbs in the wok and gradually stir in the strong heat, only a few minutes - remain until the vegetables in half fresh. Add spaghetti and pour with cream all together.

1 packet of spaghetti, ¼ cup chopped prosciutto or budjola ham, 2 spring onions, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ cup fresh grapes, ¼ cup tomato grapes, ¼ cup green olives, 1 baby courgettes, 2 pinches of oregano, 2 pinches of red pepper, chopped fresh basil, salt to taste, 5 tablespoons sweet white wine, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, ½ cup sweet cream.
