Kamut with young beans, green onions, chicken and sesame.
Soak a kamut beans for a few minutes in hot water. Meanwhile, chop a chicken into strips, mix spices with chopped herbs and add the mustard, soy, pumpkin seed oil and sesame seeds and let all together to rest, while kamut is soaking in the water.
Cook kamut on high heat for 30 minutes.
Cook sliced young beans into pieces for a few minutes. Cut the spring onions into pieces and fry in ghee butter together with beans. Add soaked chicken and all the other ingredients on roasted until the chicken becomes golden baked. Strain cooked kamut, and then pour olive oil, add salt and stir. Add the sauce.
