A HEALTHY AVOCADO BREAKFAST – AVOCADO WITH GOAT CURD
Avocados must be so soft that it is pressed if we press the finger on it. Mix avocado, goat cheese, salt and the juice of half a lemon in a creamy mixture. Avocado cream can be spread on bread and very well combined with smoked salmon. Serve it with goat whey drink.
