Oatmeal and Ground Pork Patties
Procedures:
Saute choped garlic and onions in a pan in a medium heat. Add ground pork, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the ground meat is cooked. Add the seasoning and mix well.
Add cooked potatoes, carrots and bell pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes. Transfer the ground pork mixture into a bowl and let it cool.
On the same bowl, add the beaten egg, oatmeal and flour. Mix well and scoop with a serving spoon. Flatten the scooped portion into patties and cook them into pressure pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil (or flat non-stick pan) in a medium heat. Flip into one side when the color turns golden brown.
Serve hot on a plain steamed rice.
