Steamed Chocolate Rice Cake

Procedure:
Mix all dry ingredients then pour water on it.
Grease the rice cake molder with little butter before pouring over the mixture.
Steam for 8-10 minutes, during the steam try to garnish the toppings over rice cake mixture.
