Cordon Bleu Mini Rolls
This dish comes from chicken Cordon Bleu log cut into mini-rolls (bite-size). It's simple and easy to make.
Flatten each chicken breast with meat hammer and sprinkle with salt and pepper front and back. Line-up ham and cheese slices on the meat and roll them together into a log. Secure the edges with toothpick, coat with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry. Serve hot.
