Fava from Santorini with squids rolls, carrot flakes and cuttlefish ink
Clean and wash the beans
Boil in a pot about 3 cups of water and then add the peas .Remove the foam carefully . Cover the pot and leave on low heat for 20-30 minutes . If it drinks the water , add a little more.
In another saucepan , add the olive oil and lightly sauté the onions.
When peas are ready,combine with onion,salt and pepper and with a beamer make it looks like a cream.
In a small pan,saute the squid rolls in a tbsp of olive oil,add carrot flakes and remove in a minute.
Serve fava in dishes and top with squid rolls and carrot flakes.
Pour the ink in the dish roundly!
