WATER DUMPLINGS WITH SPRING STEW
Mix the Ingredients for water dumplings, place the mixture – spoon by spoon into boiling water. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Dumplings are cooked when they rise slightly.
Sprinkle cooked dumplings with breadcrumbs.
Cut meat into cubes, chop the onion, add prunes and roasted a few minutes in ghee butter. Add the water and stew until soft (about 40 minute), regularly watered with a little water added for completion sweet marjoram, pepper and pour in flour, enough to get a thick dish.
