Spelt pie with pears, beaten egg white and chocolate
Prepare the dough for the pie; gradually mix the flour, a 30 dag coconut butter, egg yolks and rum and molasses sugar. Press dough into the bottom of greased pie baking tin and spread a pear from compote on it, than sprinkle with molasses sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C. Meanwhile prepare a whipped egg whites and chocolate icing. Blend the egg whites in a separate cup and carefully add the icing sugar. After 20 minutes of baking, spill pie with egg white mixture and keep baking for another 5 minutes. Then, cook a chocolate and 4 tablespoons of coconut butter at a low temperature until it turns into a smooth glaze. Spread chocolate glaze over the pie and wait until the glaze hardens.
