Phirni Recipe – Bengali Milk and Rice Dessert

How to make Phirni

1. In a large pot, boil the milk. 2. Add the pre soaked rice to it. 3. Throw in the cinnamon stick, the bay leaf, and the cardamom. 4. Stir occasionally. 5. Once the rice is cooked, add the sugar. 6. Take off the heat when you have your desired density. 7. Garnish with jelly, pistachio and cashew.
