Bengali Patishapta Pitha or Bengali Sweet treat

1. In a pot, heat up the milk. Add cinnamon and cardamom to it.
2. Bring it to half of it's consistency.
3. Add the sugar and coconut to it.
4. Once you have a tight texture, take off the heat. Let it cool.
5. In a bowl, combine the flour, milk together.
6. In another pan, heat the oil
7. Pour in the batter, cook for only 45 sec on one side.
8. Now fill the middle with the coconut filling and wrap it up.
9. Repeat the same process.

2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 5 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of cardamom, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 cup of four, 6 tbsp of milk for the batter.
