Faluda (Fruit delight)

Perfect for the summer and it fairly simple to make. Direction: 1. In a large pan, heat the milk 2. Throw in a cinnamon stick and a cardamom 3. Add the noodles 4. Bring to its half consistency 5. Add sugar to it 6. Now take off the heat 7. Once it is cooled down, add the fruits, pre-soaked basil seeds 8. Scoop a spoonful of ice-cream before serving
