Dark chocolate cake
Melt butter in low heat, than add sugar, eggs, 1 vanilla sugar and mint tea. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread one third of dough into preheated pan (350 degrees) and spread a first layer of crushed chocolate, than add another third of dough and add another layer of chocolate, and finally add the last third of drought. Do not mix the drought, keep it still and bake abbot 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
