Gluten Free Spring Herb Buns

These buns are packed with fresh herbs. They are gluten free but are so crispy and aromatic! Instructions: 
  1. In a bowl put the flour, yeast and salt and mix them until they combine.
  2. Pour in the warmed buttermilk or water.
  3. Knead softly until everything is combined and soft dough forms. The dough has to be soft.
  4. When the dough is formed add the olive oil, chopped herb, sesame seeds and oregano. Knead until all is uniformly combined.
  5. Cover with a cloth to rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Oil a baking sheet (or 2 bread pans) and divide the dough in 10 buns. Put them on the baking sheet and with a warm damp towel. Keep them somewhere warm for 45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 180C/350F and bake them for about 50 minutes
  8. Let them cool on racks. Then serve them
