Homemade Biriyani or Lamb Rice

  1. Soak the rice for nearly 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate your lamp with all the pastes, curds, spices, oil, salt, sugar.
  3. Now in a large pot, pour the lamb mixture, and top that with the soaked rice.
  4. Drizzle only 2 cup of boiling water on top.
  5. Cover with tight lid and cook on very low flame for nearly 2 hours.
  6. Serve steaming hot.

Ingredients:

1 pound lamb, 3 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of curd, chillies, onions, garlic, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, cumin, saffron, sugar, 4 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
