Homemade Biriyani or Lamb Rice
- Soak the rice for nearly 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate your lamp with all the pastes, curds, spices, oil, salt, sugar.
- Now in a large pot, pour the lamb mixture, and top that with the soaked rice.
- Drizzle only 2 cup of boiling water on top.
- Cover with tight lid and cook on very low flame for nearly 2 hours.
- Serve steaming hot.
