Ntolmadakia Gialantzi (Wine leaves stuffed with rice and herbs)

Blanchir for 5 minutes, the leaves , drain and cool them off . In saucepan , saute in a glass of olive oil the onion and,when wilted add the rice. Oncethe rice begin polishing , add the herbs and the juice of 1 lemon. Add the spices and sugar and turn off the heat . Cut the tip of the stem from the vine to be able to wrap them easily. With a teaspoon take stuffing and put the leaves. Fill the bottom of a pot with a few leaves and begin to put on the vine close by one another. Cover with a plate upside down and sprinkle with juice of 1 lemon , the remaining olive oil and water as much as to barely cover the leaves . After you boil the food, lower the temperature and simmer for about 40 minutes until tender leaf and steer the vine almost to their oil. Once you download them from the heat sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Serve mostly cold.
