Black mustard-tomato nest and a poached egg.

Are you really thinking of  a quick somehow appetizer and tasty enough to make your spended time valuable? Let's do some cooking...
  • Fill in until 3/4 a small boiling pot with water and place it over high heat.
  • Wash and drain the black mustard tops.
  • Peel the onion and garlic clove,cut the onion in small cubes(mince it) and the garlic clove in small and thin slices.
  • As the water is getting warm,place a medium sized frying pan and pour the olive oil in it.Let it heat for a while.
  • When oil is hot,reduce the temperature to low on the water and place in the pan the onion and saute until onion gets soft.Then,add garlic and black mustard tops and saute for a while.
  • To continue,season with some salt and pepper,pour the wine and after a minute the chopped tomato.
  • Let the juices evaporate,pour the broth and reduce to low heat to let it boil.
  • Crush the egg in a bowl while turning the heat to high.Stir once the containing of the pan and grate feta with hands.
  • When water is a stage before seething,add the egg to get poached.
  • Finally,remove the egg,add feta in the pan,mix once and serve in a dish by making a nest with black mustard mixture.Top with the poached eggs and opional some oregano.
