Steaks:

2 pounds ground beef (you may substitute turkey if you prefer)
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
2 eggs
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 slices wheat bread, chopped (or 2 cups croutons, crushed)
1/2 cup heavy cream
Sea salt and pepper
Gravy:

2-3 Tbs. olive oil
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
