Spelt cake with nuts
The dish is the perfect combination with sweet fondue, hot chocolate or just a hot cocoa.
Preparation:
To 2 dl lukewarm water add crushed yeast and sugar. Allow to raise for about 30 min. Add flour, salt and walnuts. Knead the dough with your hands or with a mixer and leave in a warm place to raise to its single-height, for about 2 hours. Again, knead the dough. Sprinkle flour, placed in a model for cake, and let rise again for half height, for about 1 hour. Placed in the oven that is pre-heated 220c. After 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 180c. Bake 40 min.
