Hot horseradish sauce
This recipe is my version traditional Slovenian charoset.
Preparation:
stress the grated horseradish into the broth and cook until it’s soft. Add flour (stirred in water) and bring to a boil. Do not add salt, because the soup is salty. Add the cream and mustard.

Ingredients: 5 tablespoons of broth, 1 cups freshly grated horseradish, 1 tbsp. spelled flour, 1 tbsp. mustard, 3 tbsp. cream, 1 dl of water.
