How to make TARRAGON CAKE
The dish is made up of two masses for biscuits dough, which are prepared separately: Mix together 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, butter, milk, flour and baking powder. Divide a mass into two parts. Pour the first half of mass into baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 200 º. To the second half of the biscuits mass, add curd, semolina, 4 tsp sugar, 3 beaten egg whites and finely chopped tarragon. Pour the second biscuits mass in a half-baked biscuits and bake an additional 20 minutes until it becomes golden brown. At the end, sprinkle the biscuits with brown sugar and ginger. Desert goes perfectly with tea drinks (such as ginger tea, green tea, white tea, tulsi tea, etc.)

It is a great snack recipe that will perfectly go with ginger tea. I have made this recipe at home and everyone enjoyed it a lot.
