CABBAGE MEAT – QUINOA ROLLS

Finely chop onion and garlic, add spices, quinoa and mix into the meat. Wrap the mixture in cabbage leaves and cook for 2 -3 hours. You can add some dry ribs.

1 head of sauerkraut, 600g minced meat (half pork - half beef), 100g quinoa, 4 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, ground red pepper, salt, pepper, turmeric, parsley to taste.
