Shrimp Masala Gravy

1. In a pan, heat your oil, fry the onions. 2. Add the fenugreek seeds. Add the spices, salt and pepper, pastes. 3. Add a little water to it. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. 4. Throw in the shrimps. Stir. 5. Cook for 10 minutes. 6. Add the sugar and coriander before taking off the heat.
