Shutki Mach Er Patori or Dry Fish and Pumpkin Leaf Wrap

  1. In a pan, Heat the oil, fry the onions, garlic. Add the spices in.
  2. Finally add the dry fish.
  3. Stir continuously with a spatula. Make sure the dry fish gets dissolved completely.
  4. Add water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Now take the pumpkin leaf and fill the middle with the dry fish filling.
  6. Wrap it up and again shallow fry them from both sides.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
