Preparation: Wash the quinoa and boil in water for 10 minutes until it grains Move with a fork and turn the hit down (like rice cooking) until it finish drying Separate from fire and let it cool. Cut the onions and tomatoes in little squares and mix with herbs, lemons, salt and pepper
