Slice the pork into strips. Mince the garlic, chop the ginger. Quarter the eggplant, ampalaya and squash. Bring the water to boil in medium saucepan. Add the pork, garlic, ginger and bagoong. Simmer until the pork is tender. Add the ampalya or amargoso , eggplant and squash and simmer until done. Add MSG and salt to taste.
