Palta Rellena Recipe
        Peruvian corn is what makes the difference in this delicious avocado cold plate.  But if you can´t get it you can add another vegetable.
    - Cut the vegetables into small squares
- Boil and drain vegetables and keep them in iced water so they won´t lose their color
- Boil corn with a little sugar and chamomile. Separate the corn grains
- Cook the chicken and cut it in squares
- Wait until all ingredients are cold
- Mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper
- Cut avocado in halves and season with salt
- Fill avocado with vegetables and garnish with tomato and lettuce
