Step 1: Heat water in a pan, add quinoa to the water and bring it to the boil. Reduce heat to the simmer until the quinoa is tender and water has been absorbed. Once it done, keep it aside to cool
Step 2: Take a large bowl and whisk olive oil, lime juice, soya sauce, red pepper flakes then add tomato, cucumber, capsicum, black olives, green onion in the bowl
