Chicken a la Cream Recipe
•In a large skillet,add the olive oil over high heat until it gets smoky.
•Place the chicken and saute from both sides until it gets a little bit red.
•Add the onion and saute for a while,pour the wine and let it boil for a minute.
•Season with salt and pepper,add the parsley and mix well without breaking the chicken.
•Now,if the chicken is cooked to the most,add the milk cream and cook for 6-7 minutes.Optional you can add some turmeric to give a tricky yellow colour! Enjoy!
