Pork Preparation:
Marinate the pork loin with soya, halve vegetable broth cube, mustard, pepper and cumin Fry in hot oil (Seal meat so it will remain juicy) Place the meat in a pyrex with all remaining juices Add peach or pineapple juice Cook 30 minutes 200° C in a small oven Serve with sweet potatoes  
Sweet Potatoes preparation: Boil the sweet potatoes Cut in round pieces Add orange juice and sugar Brown in a frying pan
