Chicken with Carrots and Green Peas
Preparation:
Cut onions in little squares and fry until it turns white (Low heat)
Add garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, soya, white vinegar, carrots, fungus, bay leaf and chicken cuts
Cover and cook at very low heat for 5 minutes.
Open up, move, add 1 cup of water and cook for aprox. 30 more minutes
Finally add sugar and green peas
Fry potato squares in a fry pan
Serve with white rice
