Passion fruit Mousse
Passion fruit Extract the juice.
Boil with 12 ounces of sugar and 1 cup water. Until it has a thick consistency.
Remove from heat, pass through the strainer and let cool.
Mix the cream cheese and add a third of the passion fruit juice, make a diluted mixture and add gelatin and whipped cream last.
Put in molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Decorate with chocolate dipped strawberries and passion fruit sauce.
