Tiramisu recipe

This kind of tiramisu recipe is dream of dessert. It is very easy to make in morning, me and my friends like to eat it many time. The cook time is less the refrigeration, because after preparing tiramisu you have to put it in refrigerator for half an hour.


Whisk the egg whites with sugar - Whisk the yolks with vanilla and add to the whisked egg whites - In another bowl mix flour and baking powder - Add the milk and flour to the first mixture and mix well - Put this mixture in a mold with wax paper, greased and floured and bake at 350° F for 10 minutes - Let it cool and remove from mold - For the mixture: Whisk cream and stored in the refrigerator - Dissolve the coffee and liquor in 1/2 cup of water - Whisk the egg yolks with vanilla - Whisk the cheese with the sugar - In a bowl mix the whisked cream, egg yolks and half of the mixture of coffee and liqueur - Add gelatin - Cut the cake to make 2 layers - Put 1 layer on the bottom of the mold - Add the coffee liqueur - Add half of the mixture - Put the other layer of cake and do the same procedure - Refrigerate for 30 min - Add cocoa powder to cover it and some cherrys - Serve and Enjoy!
