Orange Icing Cake
Beat the eggs in a blender with the sugar
Add vanilla
Sift flour and cornstarch
Put in a mold
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 f.
Boil orange juice, butter and sugar.
Allow to cool.
Soak the biscuits until it is wet
Add yellow color to the remaining sauce
When boiling, add the diluted cornstarch, stirring until thickened.
Place the biscuits on the plate and soak with sauce
With thick sauce make a glaze
Let harden, cut the orange into thin slicing and decorate.
Finish decorating with melted chocolate to taste.
